Terms and conditions

Using Boats Arena

Boats Arena is an online marketplace that connects people buying and selling boats in the United States. We do not own, inspect or sell the boats listed on the site, and we are not a party to any sale.

Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, specifications, photos and ownership. We review listings before publishing and may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion.

Buyers

Always inspect a boat in person, arrange a sea trial and a marine survey, and verify the title and hull identification number before paying. Never wire money to someone you have not met.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Liability

Boats Arena is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from transactions between users.
